"I moved to this agent more than 10 years ago. Over that time period and particularly in the past few years Lacey has become increasingly disengaged from day to day operations offloading the responsibilities to admins. The Maplewood office is closed more often than not and it's rare that an incoming phone call is answered. Return calls and email responses can take days and the burden is placed on the client to get needed information. Ms. Mitchell's role is not that of a true insurance agent in any way I've been accustomed to and understood that to be, she's mostly a sales rep who sells insurance policies and other SF financial products. You'll get plenty of attention early on or if there's a sale opportunity but her engagement drops off after. It's not what I signed up for and moved my business to another State Farm Agent."

I moved to the St. Louis area in 2020 following retirement and selected Lacey Mitchell's office for my continuing coverage. This was absolutely a great decision. Lacey's team of Jill and Erin have been polite, personable, and professional in all encounters I have had. Many times, insurance is not something we think about until it's needed. I recently had a stressful claim that was submitted and initially denied for coverage. Although all claim representatives were professional and clear in explaining the process, I felt my claim warranted a second look.
