Map showing State Farm Agent Lacey Mitchell's office at 2547 S Big Bend Blvd, Maplewood, MO

Lacey’s journey with State Farm started back in 2009 through internships and team roles with other local agents. In 2014, she opened her own agency in the heart of the Central West End, and in 2020 brought the office even closer to home by relocating to Maplewood — the community she proudly calls home.

In 2025, we opened the doors to our new space at 2547 S. Big Bend Blvd, and we couldn’t be more excited to continue growing alongside this amazing community.

You’ll often find our team out and about at the Mid County Chamber Summer Concert Series, local events, and neighborhood gatherings. Being involved in the community isn’t just something we do — it’s the foundation of what we believe in.

Our mission is simple: build genuine relationships and be there when it matters most — helping our neighbors manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and plan for the future they’re dreaming about.

We’re proud to serve customers across Missouri and Illinois!

We love what we do! As members of the Mid County Chamber of Commerce, the office participates in many events in the community. In office, we are known for providing professional customer service, explaining coverages, and for hosting community events. Just check out our Google reviews! The team is licensed and ready to help with insurance needs via phone, text, or email. An important practice in our office is to reach out to policy holders annually to help make sure they still have the coverages they need.
