Lacey has been with State Farm since May 2009 through internships and working as a team member in other agents' officies. In March of 2014 Lacey opened her own Agency in the heart of the Central West End. In 2020 the agency relocated to Maplewood, where Lacey is also a resident. The Agency is very active in the community through Mid County Chamber events and taking mini Jake out on the town to promote local businesses. Our mission is to build relationships through participation in community events. We want to help you manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and plan for your dreams. We strive to achieve goals for our policyholders as well as our team. Licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.

As members of the Mid County Chamber of Commerce the office participates in many events. In office we are known for providing professional customer service, explaining coverages, and for hosting community events. Just check out our google reviews! The team is licensed and ready to help with insurance needs via phone, text, or email. An important practice in our office is to reach out to policy holders annually to help make sure they still have the coverages they need. Megan was born in St. Louis, MO and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Webster University. Megan re-joined the Lacey Mitchell State Farm Agency team in May 2022. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and can help customers with all of their insurance policies and billing questions. Megan has a passion for building long term relationships and helping others to understand their insurance coverage. At home, her hobbies include spending time with family, friends, and all her pets. When she’s not at work you can find her at a Farmer’s Market, enjoying local music, and crafting.

Jill Gallagher

Jill was born in St. Charles, MO and still resides there with her husband, two young sons, and thier two dogs. She graduated with her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009. Jill has an extensive background in management, customer service, and patient care services. She is licensed in Property and Casualty in Missouri and is here to help you with all of your insurance needs! In her free time Jill enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors!

Erin was born in California but came back home to be closer to family. She has lived in Maplewood for many years and loves the community. Erin joined the Lacey Mitchell agency in July 2022 as an account representative. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health in both Missouri and Illinois. She has a lengthy background in the automotive industry. When not hard at work, she enjoys exploring all the great things St. Louis has to offer like all the restaurants.

Anna was born and raised in St. Louis, MO--go Blues! She currently works as an account representative in Lacey’s office. She started this role to get a new understanding of the world of insurance and be able to help others along the way. She enjoys having the knowledge to direct people towards the right path to make sure they get what fits their current needs. Some of her hobbies include reading science fiction books, listening to Taylor Swift, and trying new coffee places.
